Becoming a Reiki practitioner is available for everyone. It’s recommended that you experience Reiki first through private sessions or through a Reiki ‘healing circle”.
A Reiki ‘healing circle’ usually consists of a group meditation and then a half hour treatment provided by various levels of certified Reiki practitioners.
ReikiBody has three levels of classes as per the Traditional Usui Method. And each level of Class is taught separately.
In the traditional approach to learning Reiki, every practitioner needs to experience and practice each level for a time before acquiring the attunements for the next level.
As with each energy modality, the more you practice, the greater the efficacy.
No long distance attunements are given. No DVD or internet Reiki program is offered. It is my belief that the Reiki attunements are best experienced and processed in person.
